Xav-Eight Ltd Acquisition
We are delighted to announce that Showlite has acquired Xav-Eight Ltd, a full-service exhibition contractor with a significant presence in the industry.
Adding around 70 shows to our portfolio
This acquisition will add around 70 shows to our portfolio, including events across mainland Europe, and will also expand our range of events.
Xav-Eight’s former owner, Simon Ridout, brings over 30 years of industry expertise and a reputation for quality and innovation to Showlite. He will join Showlite to oversee the integration of Xav-Eight and drive new business development.
