How to use
Everything you need in one convenient place
Browse stand additions, furniture, lighting and more with our online portal. Everything will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive!
Signing up
During sign-up, you’ll be asked a few questions about your stand, such as its size. This helps us pre-fill quantities for items like carpet or graphics, based on your stand’s dimensions.
After completing the form, you’ll receive a verification email.
Once your account is verified, sign in, select the show you’re attending, and you’ll be taken straight to your show dashboard.
Ordering
On the dashboard, you’ll find the Exhibitor Shop on the left-hand side. Click it to view all available Showlite services for the event.
Select the item you need, enter the quantity, and it will appear in your cart. When you’re ready, click the cart to proceed to checkout.
Quote approval
Furniture, electrics, and power orders require our approval to ensure the correct power is selected and that furniture is available for the event.
Payment won’t be taken at the time of ordering. Once your items are approved, you’ll need to return to your cart and complete the checkout.
Completion
Once your order is complete and payment has been made, you’ll receive a receipt/invoice from us.
If you’ve ordered graphics, we’ll follow up with the artwork dimensions and a Dropbox link for file upload.
