Showlite appointed Official Exhibition Services Supplier for Farnborough International Airshow 2026 & 2028
Showlite has been reappointed as the Official Exhibition Services Supplier for the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) in 2026 and 2028, strengthening a trusted partnership at one of the world’s most prestigious aerospace events.
The renewed appointment also sees Showlite take on an expanded scope of responsibility following the announcement of a new sixth hall, making the 2026 Airshow the largest in Farnborough International’s history. With the 2026 event already sold out more than a year in advance, the expansion reflects unprecedented demand from the global aerospace, space and defence sectors.
As Official Exhibition Services Supplier, Showlite will deliver all exhibition build elements, including shell schemes, electrical installation, carpeting, feature areas and lounges. Graphic production will be delivered by Ottimo Digital, Showlite’s sister company. The expanded brief brings increased scale and logistical complexity, reinforcing Showlite’s role in detailed planning, on-time delivery and comprehensive sustainability reporting, supporting Farnborough International’s ambition to be carbon neutral by 2030.
