Adam is the Account Director at Showlite, where he nurtures client relationships, drives business growth, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients. He manages entire shows from initial brief to completion, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for organisers and attendees. His role includes overseeing everything from feature areas to standard shell schemes and being on-site during build-up and breakdown to address any issues that arise. When he’s not working, Adam enjoys walking and reading autobiographies.

Helen works as a Senior Account Manager at Showlite, where she manages entire shows from the initial brief to completion, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for organisers and attendees. Her role includes overseeing everything from feature areas to standard shell schemes, as well as being on-site during build-up and breakdown to resolve any issues. Helen played international netball for Wales, earning 111 caps and competing in four World Cups, the 4th World Games, and the 16th Commonwealth Games. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing and watching sport, and walking in the countryside.

Will works as a Senior Account Manager at Showlite, where he manages entire shows from the initial brief to completion, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for organisers and attendees. His role includes overseeing everything from feature areas to standard shell schemes, as well as being on-site during build-up and breakdown to resolve any issues. Will has worked in the events industry since 2010, starting in venue-based conference roles before moving into exhibitions in 2018, progressing from Operations Co-ordinator to Account Manager.. He left school to attend catering college and holds qualifications in cheffing, pastry, and front-of-house service. When he’s not working, Will enjoys cooking, walking with friends, going to the gym, weekends away, and travelling.

Georgina works as an Account Manager at Showlite, where she manages entire shows from the initial brief to completion, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for organisers and attendees. Her role includes overseeing everything from feature areas to standard shell schemes, as well as being on-site during build-up and breakdown to resolve any issues. Georgina has a background in customer service, data analysis, and administration. When she’s not working, she enjoys attending rugby matches, live music events, culinary tourism and walking her dog, Gary.

Joe works as an Account Manager at Showlite, where he manages entire shows from initial brief to completion, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for organisers and attendees. His role includes overseeing everything from feature areas to standard shell schemes and being on-site during build-up and breakdown to address any issues that arise. Joe was Showlite’s first Account Manager when the company was founded in 1997. After gaining experience elsewhere in the industry, he joined Xav-Eight and returned to Showlite when the companies merged in 2024.

Emma works as an Account Manager at Showlite, where she manages entire shows from the initial brief to completion, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for organisers and attendees. Her role includes overseeing everything from feature areas to standard shell schemes, as well as being on-site during build-up and breakdown to resolve any issues. Before joining Showlite, Emma spent nine years working in sales and customer service, including roles in an estate agents and mortgage brokers. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys hiking, reading, travelling and spending time with her cat, Lilly.

Jo works as a Special Build Project Manager at Showlite, where she is responsible for taking briefs, producing quotes, and liaising with clients as part of our Showlite Select service. She also supports account management in delivering shows on-site. Jo first joined the team in 2014 after returning from Lanzarote, where she spent sixteen years working in property management, specialising in reservations for villa holiday lets. When she’s not working, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, running, yoga, and taking country walks with her dog, Penelope.

Levi works as a Project Manager and Designer at Showlite, where he is responsible for creating bespoke stands and feature areas as part of our Showlite Select service, as well as producing quotes and liaising with clients. He also supports account management in delivering shows on-site. Levi holds a degree in Product Design. When he’s not working, Levi enjoys fishing, cycling, weight training, and practising photography.

Lucia works as a Project Manager and Designer at Showlite, where she is responsible for creating bespoke stands and feature areas as part of our Showlite Select service, as well as producing quotes and liaising with clients. She also supports account management in delivering shows on-site. Lucia is currently studying part-time for a degree in Design and Innovation with Business through The Open University. Before joining Showlite, Lucia worked at Tesco in a number of roles from Picker to People Support Administrator. When she’s not working, Lucia enjoys completing puzzles such as sudoku and occasionally playing volleyball.

Craig is the Head of Design at Showlite, where he oversees all creative aspects of the business in both 2D and 3D. He ensures every project is delivered with precision and excellence. Craig holds a BA Honours degree in Design and Illustration and began his career in print and packaging design for the home entertainment industry. He later transitioned into digital publishing before specialising in exhibition design. When he’s not working, Craig enjoys mountain biking, photography, exploring all things tech, and indulging his passion for the outdoors and innovation.

Elysse works as an Exhibition Designer at Showlite, where she creates bespoke stands and feature areas as part of our Showlite Select service. She also manages the company’s social media accounts and website. Elysse holds a degree in Interior Design from UWE Bristol and previously worked in the kitchen and bathroom industry as a Project Co-ordinator, where she designed, quoted and managed the showroom’s installations. When she’s not working, Elysse enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her cat, Crinkle.

Lucia works as a Project Manager and Designer at Showlite, where she is responsible for creating bespoke stands and feature areas as part of our Showlite Select service, as well as producing quotes and liaising with clients. She also supports account management in delivering shows on-site. Lucia is currently studying part-time for a degree in Design and Innovation with Business through The Open University. Luke works as an Exhibition Designer at Showlite where he is responsible for creating bespoke stands and feature areas as part of our Showlite Select service. He also assists with the development of show floorplans. Before joining Showlite, Luke had previously worked as an Exhibition Floorplan Manager as well as a CAD Manager.

Sean works as a Floorplan CAD Operator at Showlite, where he creates and refines floorplans for every show. He transforms empty venues into successful events, often planning up to three years in advance to ensure perfection. Sean has an extensive background in exhibitions, having worked with companies such as SO Group, Stanco, and Freeman before joining Showlite. When he’s not working, Sean enjoys watching sports, particularly supporting his favourite football team, Liverpool. A devoted family man, he spends most weekends on the sidelines, cheering on his children in their respective sports.

Ewan is the Finance Director at Showlite, playing a key role in shaping the company’s financial health and strategy. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been a member of ICAEW since 1985. Ewan has worked in the exhibition industry since 1999, joining Stanco as Finance Director before becoming Assistant Group Financial Director at Opex Group from 2008 to 2013, following Stanco’s acquisition. He has been with Showlite since 2017.

Liz is the Head of Finance at Showlite, overseeing payments, payroll, pensions, and accounting. She holds a Master’s in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol and spent a decade in Finance and Investments in London before becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst Chartholder in Abu Dhabi. After earning her MBA at Cardiff University, she worked in the exhibition industry for 14 years at Dimension 8 and later as Finance Director at Xav-Eight. Liz is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys yoga, running, cycling, and HIIT training. She has lived and traveled extensively across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. She is also a regular contributor to BBC Radio 2’s Jeremy Vine show.

Sam works as an Accounts Assistant at Showlite, where she is responsible for banking, processing card payments, and chasing outstanding payments. She also assists with purchase ledgers and invoicing. Sam began her career in the tobacco processing industry, working for twenty years, before transitioning into a varied career that included roles such as Engineering Secretary/PA, Buyer, Consumer Services Co-ordinator, Logistics Co-ordinator, and sales. Since 2020, Sam has been a supporter of the charity ‘Veterans in Action,’ raising £1,000 during the pandemic. When she’s not working, Sam enjoys attending music events and theatre, reading, decorating, and gardening.

Louise works as an Accounts Administrator at Showlite, where she ensures all show invoices and on-site transactions are processed accurately. She also manages card payments and assists with the banking process. Before joining Showlite, Louise spent fifteen years in the finance sector and dedicated two years to working in the NHS during the Covid-19 pandemic. When she’s not working, Louise enjoys rugby, walking, live music, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Carol works as an Accounts Assistant at Showlite, where she creates exhibitor show invoices for all services. Before joining Showlite, she worked in the Cemeteries department of her local council. Carol has been a VP member of Andover Rugby Club for over 20 years and has twice served as the club’s secretary. When she’s not working, Carol can often be found cheering on her home team, Scotland, at both local matches and international rugby games.

Siri works as a Purchase Ledger Clerk at Showlite, where she manages supplier invoices and leads the company’s health and safety initiatives. Siri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Science. She is also taking an AAT course and studying accountancy part-time from home. When she’s not working, Siri enjoys hiking, dancing, and volunteering.

Ross is the Electrical Director at Showlite, where he oversees the daily operations of the electrical division, ensuring safety standards are met. He began his career as an Electrical Apprentice at Stanco before joining Showlite in 2015, working his way up to be made Director in 2022. Ross holds certifications including NEBOSH NGC, BS7671 18th Edition, BS7909, C&G 2391-10 Test and Inspect, and is PAT Test qualified. When he’s not working, Ross is kept busy with his daughter.

Jenni works as an Operations Manager at Showlite and is responsible for handling exhibitors’ electrical orders and arranging venue main supplies. She also supports exhibitors and organisers on-site with their last-minute electrical requirements.

Steve works as an Electrical Contracts Manager at Showlite and is responsible for handling exhibitors’ electrical orders and arranging venue main supplies. He also supports exhibitors and organisers on-site with their last-minute electrical requirements. Steve began his career as an Apprentice Electrician in 1975, later working as an Engineer for three years at a private hospital. He then transitioned to the exhibition industry, ultimately rising to the role of Operations Director at Earls Court. Over his career, Steve has overseen electrics for major venues such as Olympia, Liverpool Exhibition Centre, Manchester Central, and the BDC before joining Showlite.

Peter works as an Electrical Contracts Manager at Showlite and is responsible for handling exhibitors’ electrical orders and arranging venue main supplies. He also supports exhibitors and organisers on-site with their last-minute electrical requirements. Peter started his career at the BDC before taking his career to New Zealand working with Auckland Showgrounds, The Royal Easter Show and Xpo Exhibitions. Returning to the UK in 1997, Peter then went on to work at Gunther Von Hagen’s Body Worlds and the O2 as Exhibition Director before stepping outside the industry for a period. Peter has since returned to his roots, bringing a wealth of experience to Showlite.

Andy works as an Electrical Contracts Manager at Showlite and is responsible for handling exhibitors’ electrical orders and arranging venue main supplies. He also supports exhibitors and organisers on-site with their last-minute electrical requirements. Over the years, Andy has travelled extensively across the UK and Europe with Showlite, building strong relationships throughout his long service in the industry. When he’s not working, Andy enjoys playing golf, attending football matches, and going on shopping trips with his daughter, Evie.

Olivia works as an Electrical Admin Assistant at Showlite, where she is responsible for handling electrical queries and managing invoicing. Before joining Showlite, she gained around eight years of experience working in the exhibitions industry. When she’s not working, Olivia dedicates her time to her son, Edward, who always keeps her on her toes!

Robert is the Production Director at Showlite, where he oversees all aspects of production and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Robert began his career as an apprentice carpenter in 1985 and has since worked in exhibitions for companies such as Stanco (22 years), SO Group (6 years), Freeman (2 years), and now Showlite. When he’s not working, Robert enjoys fishing, gardening, and, most of all, dedicating his time to his wife and daughters.

Johan (Rusty) is a Senior Contracts Manager at Showlite, where he oversees show contracts, ensuring all services are delivered on time, to the highest standards, safely, and with precision. Originally from South Africa, Johan is a qualified joiner and has spent most of his career in the UK exhibition industry. Before joining Showlite, he worked with notable companies such as OPEX, SO Group, and Freeman.

Mohammed (Ramzy) works as a Standfitting Manager at Showlite, where he ensures all standfitting contracts are executed efficiently and effectively. He is dedicated to providing clients with a high standard of service by ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.

When he’s not working, Stuart enjoys camping, caravanning, and rugby.

Lee works as a Systems Manager at Showlite, where he oversees the preparation of shell scheme and feature areas.

Michael works as a Warehouse Manager at Showlite, where he oversees the preparation of shell scheme stock before site construction and ensures its proper storage after each show’s completion.

Kyle is the Carpentry Lead at Showlite, supporting the Showlite Select team in the production and delivery of space only and traditional built stands. He helps ensure all carpentry work is completed to a high standard and assists with overseeing the smooth flow of projects through the workshop from start to finish.

Meirion works as a Standfitter at Showlite, where he assists with the on-site construction and dismantling of stands. He helps to ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard, with a strong focus on health and safety.

Justin works in System Interiors at Showlite, where he supports the delivery of shell scheme interiors across a wide range of exhibitions. Working under the Systems Manager and alongside the sales team, he helps ensure system components are accurately supplied and installed to meet client requirements and event deadlines, maintaining a high standard of finish throughout. In addition to his role, Justin has over thirty years of experience as a qualified electrician.

Barry works in System Interiors at Showlite, where he supports the delivery of shell scheme interiors across a wide range of exhibitions. Working under the Systems Manager and alongside the sales team, he helps ensure system components are accurately supplied and installed to meet client requirements and event deadlines, maintaining a high standard of finish throughout.

Tony works as Logistics Support at Showlite, where he assists the Production Director with managing the company’s fleet of vans. He plays a key role in storing, transporting, and delivering exhibition goods to site, helping to ensure everything arrives safely, on time, and ready for installation.

Paul works as a Warehouse Operative at Showlite, where he is responsible for preparing shell scheme stock before it is sent to site. He ensures all items are clean, in working order, and meet safety standards prior to dispatch.
