I head up the operations team in the exhibitions department at William Reed and have worked with a lot of members of staff at Showlite over the years. Many who have become friends. I have to say that Showlite as a whole absolutely smashed it this year! For such a large show the build went incredible smoothly and the team really pulled it out the bag. Helen Weston’s preplanning was meticulous as always, she was supported by both Georgina Pettit (on site) and Robyn Richards (pre site) who also did a great job. Sean Green’s support with the floor plan were certainly evident throughout the 24 months before and the electrical lads, Andy Molloy & Steve Jones – headed up by Ross Isolda were extremely supportive pre show answering our many questions and assisting our exhibitors with great professionalism. Adam Shepherd and Levi Evans worked really hard with our William Reed features team – always on hand and happy to make the changes required, even at the last minute. The Onsite Shell and carpet teams worked well together – special mention to: Paul Channing, Ramsey and Hugh who were always on hand to help with any challenges, last minute changes and whose can-do attitude made our job much easier and them a joy to work with! Thank you for supporting William Reed at the UK Food & Drink Shows, we maybe two different companies but this year it really did feel like one big team. A big thank you to every member of your team that worked on the show. I look forward to working with Showlite on the next one and hope to meet you both in person soon.
