exhibitor liaison services
We're happy to advise on any aspect of your stand planning to ensure it helps you optimise your objectives from the event, is a safe environment from which to exhibit, looks great, performs as you want it to and is low cost to run.
To do so we always:
- Liaise with all exhibitors to discuss their exact requirements in order to check ordered mains supplies against the equipment being supplied, confirm start up loads against running currents for safety and, wherever possible, help to reduce running costs
- Seek to reduce the number of venue supplied cables required in order to minimise cost
- Ensure all exhibitors are contacted in advance of the order cut-off date to ensure that no unplanned surcharges become payable
