I just wanted to drop you an email to say a huge thank you for all your hard work last week at LGA 2013 and on the run up to the event.  It was a real pleasure working with you and the whole team and I know the LGA were extremely happy as were we. Please do pass on my thanks to everyone involved.

Just to say many thanks for the usual efficient service you (Jenni) and the chaps gave us at 20|21 international.  

It went well and we even had loads of thank you emails/calls - more than at any other event I can remember.   One letter said:

‘entry forms and set up details were so clear and the advice we received from the lighting and electrical contractor invaluable, all these things contributed to make entry into the fair, easy and enjoyable.... I thought you'd like to know!’  

We had an increased attendance and I now feel it is well and truly established. All for now but we need to have a look at September fairly soon...

I just wanted to thank you and your team for helping to make Totally Logistics such a success. I can honestly say that the level of service from carpet layers, sparks to fitters has been exceptional throughout but most importantly, everyone made such an effort with every exhibitor to make their whole experience such a pleasurable one – a real ‘can do’ pervades the whole organisation and that is a real achievement.

Special thanks must go to Jenni who has been brilliant at being on top of every single part of the build at every moment – her attention to detail has been exceptional and the best accolade I can give her is that I’ve always thought that this is the only Show she’s working on!!!!!!!!

Darren and Leon were brilliant – nothing was too much trouble and with so many other things to stress about it was great to just let the Showlite machine smooth the way – there really wasn’t any problem with any exhibitor at any point.

I can honestly say that this is the best team I’ve worked with!

Please let me once again express my sincere gratitude for your help with the creation of Solar Power at the NEC. I am fully aware that you didn’t have to help me out and would like you to know that personally I am hugely thankful for your willingness to help me out. I am really sorry that a member of your team had to work crazy hours to help me out, but please forward my thanks to Mike directly!

In addition to that I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you both and the entire Showlite team for the amazing work you have provided us with. The onsite electrician and building support especially, because they were offering support from so many angles that I wanted to highlight my thanks to both of them – they did more for us than they had to out of their own goodwill and thus, contributed to the overall success of the event.

Furthermore, I also wanted to point out that I really appreciated the positive can-do attitude of your team and the willingness to support unexpected problem situations onsite.

Thank you also for the extra hours that you put in and thank you so much for all your help and efforts over the event period.

You have certainly helped and supported us much more than you had to and I really want you to know that this didn’t happen unnoticed and was much appreciated!
